UPDATE: 2:25am--UPDATE: A gunshot victim has shown up at Griffin Hospital in Derby. 2:00am--#Bridgeport Connecticut--Police were called to Orchard and Pearl Street for a person shot inside a vehicle. Police did not locate a victim but did find shell casings and a blood trail. No victim has turned up at any hospitals at this time. This report is made possible by:

#Bridgeport Connecticut--On Tuesday at the city council meeting where hundreds gathered to protest a 21% mill rate increase. Mayor Joe Ganim remained silent while the citizens from around town made their case. On Wednesday I spoke with the mayor for his thoughts on the meeting. He said he was glad the so many turned out to speak and wishes more people would come out and voice their opinions at future meetings. #Bridgeport Connecticut-- A properly registered, scooter was located LEGALLY operating on Fairfield Avenue in the downtown area today by my dashcam. This isn't a shot at Bridgeport, illegal scooters are in every town. Look at any train station in most towns and you will see many unregistered scooters parked there.
#Bridgeport Connecticut-- Protesters from across the city descended on the city council meeting Tuesday in opposition of the recent 29 percent mill rate increase in taxes. Many reporters and officials I spoke to said they have never seen such a large gathering at a city council meeting. The audience was upset that only six people were allowed to speak, Ernie Newton used his time not to talk about taxes but to rehash his plea on a bid he placed and was denied because he did not "check the box" that he was a convicted felon.
