The Statewide Urban Violence Cooperative Crime Control Task Force executed a search-and-seizure warrant Tuesday at 368 Park St. The target of the investigation was an aspiring “YouTube” rap artist who promotes himself as a “gangster drug dealer” known as “Sose” or “Little Vic.” He is better known to members of the task force as Victor Martinez, 31, who is currently on adult probation for narcotic violations. Police are looking for a 3 black males in a green Honda with tinted windows. The victim is being treated by EMS at his home not far from the incident, it is believed he was just assaulted, not shot .
