Bridgeport Police seize drugs, a handgun from an aspiring rap artist

#Bridgeport, CT– A city man was arrested this week after police seized from his home a loaded gun, cocaine and heroin, including raw, uncut heroin hidden in his daughter’s bedroom. The Statewide Urban Violence Cooperative Crime Control Task Force executed a search-and-seizure warrant Tuesday at 368 Park St. The target of the investigation was an aspiring “YouTube” rap artist who promotes himself as a “gangster drug dealer” known as “Sose” or “Little Vic.” He is better known to members of the task force as Victor Martinez, 31, who is currently on adult probation for narcotic violations. Bridgeport News: Carjacking With Shots Fired

11:11pm--#Bridgeport CT--Police are investigating a carjacking that took place at Wessels Avenue and Hoover Street.  A black Infinity was taken after a couple of shots were fired.  Police are looking for a 3 black males in a green Honda with tinted windows. The victim is being treated by EMS at his home not far from the incident, it is believed he was just assaulted, not shot . Bridgeport Snow Emergency

#Bridgeport, Conn. (February 14, 2015) – Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch declared a snow emergency, which started at midnight. During the snow emergency, there will be no parking on any of the designated Snow Emergency Streets, which are clearly marked, and all vehicles on other streets across the city are to park on the “even-side” of the street starting at midnight.
