4:46pm–#Bridgeport CT– Report of an assault that occurred on the 1200 block of Howard Avenue. Three females and a male broke into a home and assaulted a mother and daughter before fleeing in their vehicle.

1:17pm–Bridgeport CT–If traveling on Boston Avenue by Central Avenue please avoid hitting the woman lying in the road. She was on the trunk of the car when she rolled off and the car and driver left the scene.
Westport News: Police recover stolen Bridgeport car
#Westport CT #Bridgeport CT– At approximately 9:37am, Bridgeport Police advised surrounding towns that a vehicle was stolen in their city. After the description was given to Westport patrol officers, Officer Thomas Casimiro observed the vehicle traveling west on Post Road East. Officer Casimiro stopped the vehicle and took the operator into custody without incident. Bridgeport Police responded to the scene to take custody of the vehicle and the suspect. Expect extra traffic on tonight’s commute
#Bridgeport CT–#cttraffic–If you take I-95 home from work you can expect extra traffic near exit 27 due to Monster Jam at Webster Bank Arena at 7:30. Big events usually cause slow downs in both directions for cars exiting to get to the arena.
