UPDATE: State Police have taken over the investigation of this crash which was the result of a Norwalk Police Pursuit. Vincent Fowlkes, 22 died in the accident. UPDATE: One person was injured and sent to Norwalk Hospital in a mattress fire that sent residents into the cold. Twenty five residents have been relocated to a hotel. 7:40pm--#Norwalk Connecticut-- A reported nursing home fire at 17 Nelson Avenue. No reported injuries at this time.
