2022-05-24@12:00PMishShoot out on Noble Avenue. Live report mistakenly said Barnum Avenue. Two people had a shoot out on Noble Avenue. One victim was found shot in the arm near Kossuth Street and the other arrived at St. Vincent's hospital in a private vehicle.
Westport News: Fatal Accident Closes Roadway
2022-05-23@4:20 p.m. today, Westport’s police department, fire department, and emergency medical services responded to the area of 294 Saugatuck Avenue on a report of a car accident. The first personnel to arrive, observed that two cars collided causing extensive damage to both. There was only one person in each of the two vehicles and both sustained injuries. The individual in one of the cars was conscious and able to speak with emergency responders. That person was extricated by firefighters and transported to the hospital for treatment. The driver of the other car was unresponsive and did not have a pulse. Bridgeport News: Man Shot
2022-05-22@11:00pm--#Bridgeport CT-- A man was shot in the stomach in the 1200 block of Howard Avenue. EMS was directed to park in a safe area until police cleared the scene. As they arrived at Howard Avenue at North Avenue a car waved them down that had the victim in the car. EMS took the patient along with a police escort. The condition of the victim is not known at this time. Detectives are on scene and the area is closed off at this time. Neighbors said they heard four gunshots.
