10:36pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A police officer was injured when he tackled a suspect at the PT Barnum Housing on the Anthony Street side. Shots were reported fired and the officer gave chase to the suspect. A gun was recovered. The officer's injuries are not thought to be serious.

6:02pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- Police are investigating a stabbing at Main and Glendale Avenue. It is thought the stabbing occurred on Glendale Avenue but the victim is not cooperating with police.
