Reward On Hit And Run Fatality
#Norwalk Connecticut--On May 11, 2016 at 9:30 pm, the Norwalk Department of Police Service investigated a hit and run accident on Van Buren Avenue near the intersection of Bedford Avenue. Two pedestrians were struck by a gray BMW, which was last seen fleeing south on Van Buren Avenue. The BMW is believed to have sustained front and right side damage to include a missing right side mirror, which remained at the scene. Both pedestrians, a male and female were transported to the Norwalk Hospital. The female victim, Jaime Lane later succumb to her injuries. The State of Connecticut has now offered a $50,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the death of Jaime Lane.
