9:44am--#Orange Connecticut-- Police were searching for a bank robbery suspect behind Racebrook School near the pond on Racebrook Road. Orange Police apprehended the suspect just after 10:30 on Cummings Drive. K-9 from Milford and State Police Troop I assisted in the manhunt. Police radio reports the firearm used is missing. The TD Bank on Amity Road was robbed just after 9am and police tracked the suspect to this area. The school remained in a lock-in and all students were reported safe during the manhunt. 11:58pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- Just before midnight Thursday night an AMR “employee” called police to report that during he had an alleged altercation with a Bridgeport Hospital employee and the employee allegedly pointed a gun to his head according to radio reports. Police remained on scene interviewing employees and witness from both the hospital and AMR. Bridgeport Hospital is owned by Yale New Haven Health.
