5:40pm--#Bridgeport CT-- A young teen was found on a porch in the 200 block of Wells Street with gunshot powder burns to his hands.  The teen is no talking not only on how it happened but would even give his name to first responders.  He was taken to Bridgeport Hospital for treatment.

The Westport Police Department is proud to be a member of the Pink Patch Project for 2018. Our newly designed patches are part of an innovative campaign that is comprised of over 2,675 other public safety agencies nationwide, designed to bring attention to the fight against breast cancer and to support breast cancer research organizations in combating this devastating disease.   For the month of October, officers will be wearing uniform shirts with our pink patch to help spread awareness.
