The Norwalk Department of Police Service Detective Bureau is investigating a shooting that occurred at the Washington Village Housing Complex on May 28, 2016 at 12:03 a.m. A male victim was transported to the Norwalk Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Norwalk Detectives are requesting anyone with any information to contact them at 203- 854-3011. A man was arrested twice for larceny, first incident at the Westport Tennis Club and then again at the Saugatuck Rowing Club.  The Westport Police Press release synopsis is below:   On 05/26/16, Westport Detectives responded to Norwalk Court to serve an arrest warrant on Ronald Garafalo for a larceny he committed in October of 2015. On 10/05/15, Westport Officers responded to the Westport Tennis Club, 1696 Post Road East, on a report of a stolen wallet. Garafalo was observed throwing a wallet in the parking lot of the Tennis Club. A witness picked up the wallet and returned in to the victim, who left the wallet in her duffle bag at the receptionist counter at the Tennis Club. The victim reported missing $200.00 cash from her…
