12:39pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- Firefighters were called to to 2027 Main Street by police on patrol for heavy smoke coming from J&L's Master Auto. I was told that possibly oil entered the fuel system on a diesel truck and the mechanics had trouble shutting down the truck. The truck was shut down and firefighters helped ventilate the business.

10:30ish--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- Police are investigating two street robberies. One at Boston and North Avenue a man was robbed of his cellphone and wallet with $80 in it. No mention of a weapon. A few moments later a man was getting off a city bus when teens approached him Yale and State Street and robbed him of his his cellphone and wallet. 7:00pm--#Bridgeport News: Witnesses said a woman backed out of her driveway at a high rate of speed hitting a car and then flying into the fence in front of 583 Beechmont Avenue then ejecting her from the car (the black Hyundai). Both drivers were injured.
