#Fairfield Connecticut--On March 16, 2016 at 1:13 PM, the Fairfield 911 Communications Center received a report that a neighbor at 275/277 Jennings Road heard a smoke detector sounding in an upstairs apartment. The Fairfield Fire Department was dispatched to an automatic fire alarm and the first unit arrived on scene within 3 minutes to find smoke coming from the second floor windows. The first floor tenants had evacuated the building and met firefighters outside with their pets. Firefighters entered the 2nd floor of the structure to find heavy smoke conditions throughout. While performing a search for victims and the source of the fire, firefighters found an unconscious victim in a smoke filled bedroom. The victim was confused, difficult to awaken…

#Bridgeport Connecticut--Please be aware that members of the Traffic Division are going to be taking part in a Booster Seat Giveaway on March 21, Monday. The event will take place at Barnum School, 495 Waterview Ave in the gym from 1:00pm-3:00pm. (Refer to the attachments for complete details). #Fairfield Connecticut--The birds were online tweeting when Fairfield Animal Control called in the fire department to Sycamore Lane to assist in shooting down three nests in the neighborhood with fire hoses. The hawks were reported to be swooping down on the neighbors. The firefighters were successful in bringing down the nest. It is unknown if they located to WeekHAWKen New Jersey or Kitty HAWK but I'm sure they thought it was FOWL play!

UPDATE: This is now being reported to be robbery attempt. The shots were fired at him but they missed him. UPDATE: 5 shell casings found on Scofield and Hansen Street.
