12:25am--UPDATE: Pursuit entered I-95 and was terminated at exit 42. 12:19am--#cttraffic---A high speed chase with State Police on Route 8 to the valley turned around and went back south. The chase is now on the Merritt Parkway northbound near Stratford. Speeds exceeding 100mph according to radio reports.

9:09pm---#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A 13 year old took a car without permission, crashing it into the step-father's Toyota Camry and then down the road hitting a stone wall on Central Avenue according to radio reports. This report is made possible by:
5:38pm--#Fairfield Connecticut--An overturned canoe was found but no paddle in Pine Creek near the 1400 block of Fairfield Beach Road. Assistant Fire Chief George Gomola said there are no over due boaters and they suspect the high winds yesterday blew the canoe from where it was kept. Just before they left the scene the did find an address in Westport and they are having Westport Police locate the owners. The red line in the picture is the overturned canoe. No paddles, personal flotation devices or any other items were found with or near the boat.
5:36pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut--Firefighters quickly put out a fire in the walls at 505 Park Street on the first floor. I know they were in good hands with the first responders, let's hope they are in good hands insurance wise!
