11:36am--#Bridgeport CT-- A drive by shooting just occurred on Shelton Street and Brooks Street. The responsible vehicles are a four-door burgundy car of unknown make or model with New York plates and a light blue or gray Chrysler. The two people in the vehicles were shooting at each other.

Applications for Tax Relief Programs Continue to be Accepted
Westport Assessor Paul Friia today reminded residents that the Assessor’s Office and the Human Services Department are continuing to take applications for the state and local tax relief programs. The programs are open to homeowners who are totally disabled or who have reached the age of 65 by the date of application. 6:04pm--#Trumbull CT--Police are investigating an armed robbery at the Hawley Mobil Station at 2775 Nichols Avenue. A five foot Hispanic male wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans brandished a semi-automatic pistol and fled on foot. He lost the sweatshirt he had fleeing which will greatly aid K-9 in tracking him.
