4:55pm--#Bridgeport CT--Next window please. A woman in her fifties inadvertently put her car in reverse when she should have put it in drive and smashed through the window at Crossroad's Pizza at 2212 Madison Avenue. She then put the car in drive smashing into a snowbank. She and her two children that were in the car were not injured but she did have some sort of "apparatus" stuck on her hand according to radio reports.
#Bridgeport, CT – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who held up a Rite Aid pharmacy last week. The attached still photo is of a suspect responsible for the robbery at 1060 East Main St., on Jan. 31, 2014. The suspect was armed and left with an undetermined amount of money. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective James Borrico at 203-581-5294.

10:11pm--#Monroe CT--Firefighters are on scene at kiln fire at 921 Main Street. The address comes back to M Cubed Technologies, which their website says they are "world leader in ceramics and metal matrix composite". Power was cut to the kiln and the fire is now out and firefighters are ventilating. No injuries reported.
7:00pm--#Bridgeport CT--Police are investigating a purse snatching that just occured at the Grant Street parking garage 1A. The suspect jumped the wall out of the garage and fled on foot.

Snow Removal Operation in Downtown Set for Tonight Snow Emergency Remains in Effect BRIDGEPORT, CT (February 5, 2014) – City Public Works crew will be removing snow from downtown Bridgeport streets to clear major roads and sidewalks in preparation for the next predicted storm, which is expected to hit the Bridgeport area this weekend.
