Purse theft

Link: http://youtu.be/LyTpaBHza6I   The Fairfield Police Department is investigating the theft of a purse from an office building on Walls Drive, along I-95, at approximately 12:25pm on 11/22/2013.   The subject depicted in the building, described as a light skinned black, or Hispanic male, in his 30's, with a freshly shaven head, was found wandering through office areas inaccessible to the public. When questioned, he stated he was looking for a doctor’s office. Despite being escorted to the floor of the building where doctors are located, the subject returned multiple times, and was ultimately located behind the victims desk, at which time he fled the building with her purse.   The victim's credit cards were subsequently used in Derby, CT…
