Black Rock Armed Robbery
3:30am--A person was just robbed at Ellsworth and Hansen Street. Two male suspects who displayed a gun to the victim.
Mother Stabs Son
2:21am--#Bridgeport CT--A mother stabbed her son with a knife at 118 Wood Avenue. Police initially had trouble gaining entry to the apartment but the mother did finally come to the door and admitted to the stabbing. One knife in evidence. Wounds do not sound life threatening.
Black Rock Turnpike Rollover
1:11am--#Fairfield CT--A driver veered off the side of the road going up hill in the 700 block of Black Rock Turnpike hit a guy line and hit a utility pole which flip his vehicle in the road. The deployed airbags created a smoky condition which was thought to be a fire in the vehicle. People who came out to hear what the commotion was helped the man out of the vehicle.

Shelton Fire
11:40pm--#Shelton CT-- A fire at the Avalon Apartments on Canal Street. A fire started in a bathroom on the 4th floor which extended to the third floor apartment below. Derby firefighters assisted in battling the fire.
EASTON Brush Fire
#Easton CT--Firefighters on scene of a large brush fire at 256 Westport Road. I incorrectly said Westport in my first report.
Beer case on fire!!!!!!!

8:28pm--#Bridgeport CT---Watch for the man with the machete walking down Wood and Iranistan Avenue.
Possible structure fire
4:21pm--#Bridgeport CT--Possible structure fire on the second floor at 202 Seaview Ave. Firefighters on the way. UPDATE--Firefighters quickly got the blaze under control and recalled by 4:40pm.
Shots fired by kids
3:26pm--#Bridgeport CT--A number of calls about two children 9-10 years old who shot a rifle in the mid 200 block of East Avenue. Police investigating.
