I-95 Car Troubles Cause Traffic
UPDATE: This is now being reported as a motor vehicle accident. Report of a smoking car on Route 8 by exit 2B Northbound in Bridgeport. First responders are reporting that they are taking traffic down to 1 lane until everything is resolved.
