Bridgeport Police said: "Bridgeport police responded to the 190 block of Hallett Street to report of an assault with a firearm at approximately 11:31 am. Upon arrival, officers locate one victim with a GSW to the neck area. The victim was transported to the hospital via AMR. No arrests have been made and the Department is investigating. Anyone with information, please call 203-576-TIPS".Bridgeport Police are investigating a person being shot at the 190 block of Hallett Street. UPDATE: This initially read that it happened at Crescent Crossing, 160 Hallett Street, but Bridgeport Police updated the location to 190 Hallett Street.
