Two Individuals Arrested Following Drug Investigation
On September 30, 2026, a Norwalk Police Canine Officer conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Spring Hill Avenue and Loomis Street. The occupants were identified as Charles Piazza and Melissa Kozma. Over the past several months, the Norwalk Police Department Special Services Division had been conducting an investigation into Piazza and Kozma for selling large quantities of narcotics, including cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl, throughout the City of Norwalk. As a result of the investigation, both Piazza and Kozma had active arrest warrants. During the motor vehicle stop, officers observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
