Connecticut Investigating Bad Gasoline Sold in Fairfield.
The Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection is investigating bad gasoline being sold from Fairfield to Guilford. One local site in particular is the Mobil Station at 2093 Post Road in Fairfield (photo)  as well as Mobil at 1354 Boston Post Road in Milford, Mobil at 200 Sargent Drive in New Haven, the Mobil at the Milford rest area, Mobil at 500 Boston Post Road in Guilford, Stop & Shop at 1360 E. Town Road in Milford. Consumers also are urged to notify the Department of Consumer Protection fuel standards unit of any problems by calling 800-842-2649 or e-mail them at

11:45am–#Stratford–Police continue manhunt on Honeyspot Road. Not sure why the man is wanted. Search appears to be focused on the Ontario Street area.
