Orange–We received multiple tweets on our Twitter account that a strong circular wind whipped through the Orange Fairgrounds on Orange taking down many tops and tents at the Boy Scout Jam. There are reports of six Boy Scouts injured with two being transported to the hospital for minor injuries. @sherig12 said “closest thing to a tornado I have ever seen in person”. @sherig12: “Large gust of wind lifted tents. Spirally sucked up papers & then went away quickly. <1 min. " From the accounts it sounds as if it were a micro burst or dust devil. If we get any updates we will of course pass them on.
