10:56pm–#Bridgeport–Armed robbery at George Hilltop Convenience, 175 Pequonnock Street.  Robbery took place by two Hispanic males, in in a colorful hat fled on foot.  One shot was fired inside the store.

10:32pm—#Bridgeport–Report of an argument in front of 179 Sheridan Street with shots fired.  No one was hit.  The shooter fled in a white two door Infinity.

9:47pm–Fairfield–Report of a motorcyclist down at South Pincreek Road and Post Road.  Cyclist has a minor injury to his knee.

9:42pm–Bridgeport–Report of a strong armed robbery taking place on Atlantic Street and Iranistan Ave.


10:19pm–#Bridgeport–A armed robbery just occurred at Alex and Davenport Streets.  2 Hispanic and 1 Black males robbed the victim of his money and broke his cellphone.

7:01pm–#Bridgeport–A home invasion just took place in 1200 block of Lindley Street. Two black males wearing ski masks entered through the front window. Police are on scene investigating.

6:49pm–#Bridgeport–City Hall–A child has pulled the fire alarm, there is no fire at City Hall on Lyon Terrace.



10:44pm–#Bridgeport–Woman at the YMCA on State Street just had her throat slashed by razor. Her assailant is a heavyset woman in a motorized wheelchair by the name of Donna.

9:49pm–#Bridgeport–Woman falls off a motorcycle in front of 3205 Madison Ave. (near Patricia Drive).  EMTs police on scene.

3:44pm–#Fairfield EMTs/Firefighters rush to High Ridge Park at 236 Palamar Drive for a 5 year old girl who fell from playground equipment.

2:33pm–#Fairfield–Firefighters extricate passengers from this two car accident on Stillson Road at Black Rock Turnpike.

3:17am–#Bridgeport–Report of a structure fire at 500 Sylvan Avenue.  Now being reported behind Food Bazaar.  Updates as we get them.  UPDATE–Fire department on the scene reporting a light smoke condition behind Food Bazaar.  Forced entry may be necessary.  3:26am UPDATE–Fire department confirms a smoke and odor condition but cannot confirm it’s location so they are holding up on recall.  3:48 UPDATE–Fire department conducts a thorough investigation of the area and store and find nothing.  Terminating command.

12:39am–#Fairifield–Fire in the dumpster at Fairfield University near the townhouses  knocked down by security, smoldering heap extinguished by Fairfield firefighters.

12:25am–#Bridgeport–Report of a fire at 320 Mountain Grove Street turns out to be a false alarm.  There is no 320 Mountain Grove, fire officials check Grove Street as a precaution.

12:05am–#Bridgeport–Report of a large group of people getting ready to fight in the street on 300 block of East Ave.   Report of possible weapons involved.



11:54pm–Bridgeport–Man down in the road at Main St. and Lincoln Avenue

11:01pm–#Bridgeport–A Pizza Hut delivery person was robbed at knife point in front of 143 Alex Street.

10:20pm–#Bridgeport–Report of smoke showing from the back bathrooms in the back of the Madison Ave. library.  Fire department on scene forcing entry.  10:27 UPDATE–Small fire knocked down by the fire department in the bathroom.  No extensions, call of fire recalled.

9:27pm–#Bridgeport–McFire at North Ave. McDonald’s.  Video shortly.

3:25pm–#Bridgeport– A shooting just occurred on Catherine Street. Shots fired by two men on a scooter they  fled towards Washington Street. Police do know who they are looking for.  Updates as we get them.

1:12pm–#Fairfield–Pants on the ground! Report of a man running down the Post Road near the Pine Creek Deli. UPDATE–1:22pm–He jumped in the water! This is what I thought was a water rescue. I rolled the audio back. Sounds like they’ve dealt with this person before. AMR called to the scene.

4:48pm–#Bridgeport–We have a report of a woman at the bus station on Water Street bleeding from the leg. It is reported she was dragged by a bus and the bus driver is arguing with an angry crowd at this time.

3:13pm–#Bridgeport–Landlord sends his son to collect the rent at his apartment in the 500 block of Clinton Avenue. Tenant pulls a gun on him. Chances are pretty good police will know where to look for you if you do this. One in custody.

Bridgeport–Wow. Woman went out drinking last night and complains she wasn’t feeling well today, lightheaded with some activities. She called 111, 211 all the way to 911 looking for information on her condition. 911 obviously dispatched an ambulance which she refused.

New Haven–New Haven Dive Team has removed a body from the water behind the fire academy. The body was wrapped in a tarp. New Haven Police are working traffic at Ella Grasso Blvd and Lamberton to keep the area clear more units being dispatched to assist units already on scene…expect delays in the area.

205am–#Bridgeport–A strong armed robbery just occurred at Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue, the victim is now at the Mobil Station at North Ave and Park Ave.  Fire department and EMTs sent to the scene because the victim is having difficulty breathing after the robbery.

12:11am–#Bridgeport–Caribe Market at 560 was just robbed. The robber was armed with two knifes and had a full face mask on. He fled on foot towards Washington Park.


5:17pm–#Fairfield–Victoria Secrets reporting to police that over $600 of panties were just stolen from the store…….I think they gave then the slip!

4:01pm–Police are investigating a one car accident at the corner of Black Rock Turnpike and Commerce Drive Thursday. The car struck a utility pole cause damage to both the car and pole. EMTs checked out the driver who refused treatment.

63 were arrested in New Haven on federal drug charges. All are to be arranged at New Haven Federal Court by the end of today. Judges being brought in from Hartford, Bridgeport and other areas to assist. This was in the Chapel area. The Army National Guard facility at Southern Connecticut State University was used for processing the suspects. There is a very heavy security presences.

12:55am –#Bridgeport–Man sliced in the arm from a knife by two women in his home during a domestic argument at 1334 North Avenue.
