South Carolina  is one of six locations being considered as the new site for Bristol, Conn.-based, gun manufacturer PTR Industries.  If it locates here, said Josh Fiorini, co-owner and CEO, the company expects it would hire about 100 employees over two to three years. He said the company expects to have a firm decision by the end of this month and to begin the move this summer. The average wage, when factoring in managers’ salaries, would be $20 to $21 an hour with beginning shop jobs starting at $14 to $16 per hour and an average of $17.25 an hour.    Myrtle Beach Online has the story here….
