Bridgeport Police Sergeant Edward Golding continues to recover from injuries he received after being run down by a scooter traveling at a high rate of speed Friday night at 11:31 in front of McLevy Green at the corner of State and Broad Street. The sergeant received injuries to his leg and jaw. Taina Donald, 49 of Read Street was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, failure to yield to a pedestrian and operating while her license was under suspension.
