3:14pm–#Bridgeport CT–A pedestrian was hit by a car on Highland Avenue, mid block from Washington Avenue where a serious hit and run accident occurred last month.  Police said a person exited a community bus (no flashing lights to stop traffic) and crossed the street and was hit by a car that did stop.  The driver was charged with driving without a license and traveling too fast. The pedestrian was not reported to be injured.
