12:44am–#Fairfield CT–Police respond to a panic alarm at the Citgo station at the Post Road.  There was an apparent robbery attempt but it does not sound as if they made off with any money.  The suspect told the clerk he put a bomb in the trash.  The suspect in his mid 20s wore a mask.  He fled south on South Pine Creek Road.  Police have just begun their investigation.
