#Fairfield CT–VIDEO REPORT–Fairfield seems to have a higher than normal percentage of calls for dogs in hot cars.  I had an opportunity to talk with Chief of Police Gary MacNamara to ask him about this.  The chief also had a stern warning for dog owner that if you leave your dog in a hot car you will be arrested and charged with cruelty to animals.
