Video Report>Motorcyclist dies after engaging police:

UPDATE: Arthur De Andrade Leao, 23, of Smith Street was the motorcyclist and he died from his injuries.

12:07am–#Fairfield CT–Just after midnight police attempted to pull over a motorcycle on Kings Highway East. The driver apparently engaged police in pursuit where it ended just over the Bridgeport border on North Avenue where the motorcyclist hit a utility pole. Assistant Fire Chief George Gomola told me he is in very critical condition; he was transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital.
