(Bridgeport, Conn.) Jan. 27, 2015 — Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch is asking residents to move their vehicles to the odd numbered side of the road by 11 a.m. on Tuesday, to allow public works crews to clear the roads. Parking is still not permitted on Snow Emergency roads.

 

Connecticut Governor Dan Malloy announced this morning that the travel ban has been lifted for local roads and local travel in Fairfield and Litchfield County.

 

“Thank you to the residents for their cooperation with adhering to the Snow Emergency and to the hard working public works crew for their efforts in keeping our roads safe for the kids and families of Bridgeport,” said Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch.
