When I was at the state police press conference last week, two reporters wanted to know who I thought was going to be the next mayor in Bridgeport.  I told them I really don’t know.  The reason is that there is seven candidates running.   Governor Malloy asked the Secretary of the State to dispatch staff to monitor the vote for any problems or potential fraud.   The secretary of the state pretty much said no, that the state” can’t intervene if there is no inappropriate activity”.  Well if see something, take a picture if you can and let us know!  Call/Text tips and photos to 203-769-6961 and I will work to have it investigated.  Of course everything will be kept confidential. With so many candidates it will certainly change the mix of votes and more than any election before every vote will count.  So  make sure you get out there and vote!
