UPDATE: The tractor trailer has been located at JFK airport and the driver arrested according to police.
2:16pm–Chief Perez confirmed a hit and run driver killed a man crossing Wordin Avenue between Howard Avenue and Hancock Avenue in front of the Wheelabrator Renewable Energy from Waste Facility.
