UPDATE: UPDATE: I just spoke with Fairfield Police Deputy Chief Chris Lyddy and he said he also has preliminary information regarding this. A 16 year old boy was electrocuted and burned while at the cascade area of Lake Mohegan. The extent of his burns are not certain right now but he was able to walk to the first responders under his own power. Another 16 year old girl was also suffered minor burns not from electrocution but from help the boy. She may have panicked and left the scene and went back to the high school where police called EMS to treat her burns which were thought to be minor. Chief Lyddy said he will let me know if he gets an updates.
