5:21pm–#Fairfield Connecticut– A pedestrian out walking her dog was struck by a car that appears to have been turning onto Black Rock Avenue from Stephens Lane. Assistant Fire Chief Schuyler Sherwood said the woman was alert and talking. She was transported to the hospital. The dog was uninjured. Police are investigating.
