#Fairfield CT– Police said last night on Hemlock Hills North, between 6:20pm and 8:30pm last night a homeowner returned home to find that her family room back door was wide open and a ladder was against the house next to a second floor window screen that was cut. On scene investigation found that entry was made through a second floor bonus room window screen that was cut to get in. Several rooms were entered, drawers left open, and items were taken from the house. The Detective Bureau collected some items of evidence which which they are processing. There are several leads that we are working at this time. Our hope is that one of them will cultivate into a suspect.
