1:55am–#Fairfield CT– Police had two vehicles take off on them after attempted traffic stops. The first one happened on Mill Plain Road but police lost sight of the Volvo sedan within minutes. A second incident happened on the Merritt Parkway northbound after attempting to stop a black Honda Accord with three teens inside. Fairfield Police deployed spike strips which the car reportedly hit the spikes. Fairfield Police broke off the pursuit around exit 48 near Main Street in Trumbull.
