#Bridgeport CT–River Street in Bridgeport is closed as a car was submerged underwater at North and River Street. This is not a normal flood area that we report on. Also reported is Seaview Avenue near 3rd and 4th Street. Barnum and Bishop is flooded as well. If the road appears flooded it probably is.
