11:25am–#Trumbull CT– Police received a call for a car explosion at 5893 Main Street. Police were first on the scene and found a man inside a car that was on fire. Police were able to get the man out of the car and he was transported to the hospital by EMS. Firefighters quickly extinguished the

9:24am–#Fairfield CT–On Saturday morning at approximately 9:24 AM the Fairfield Emergency Communications Center received a 911 call from Maritime Motors at 985 Post Road reporting the roof was on fire. 12:40pm–#Bridgeport CT– Mill Hill Avenue between Grant and Boston Avenue is closed due to a bus stuck under an overpass according to radio reports. Special thanks to the viewer who sent in this photo!
Reports say the driver had no pulse when first responders got to him but they were able to get one after working on him. He is in critical condition and on his way to Yale New Haven Hospital via Lifestar. UPDATE: Additional reports say the truck ran off Route 8 onto Division Street off ramp.
