5:15pm–#Fairfield CT– Police have been tracking a shoplifter from the Stop and Shop on Villa Avenue in the Kings Highway. They had him tracked to the Rooster River behind the Board Of Education Building on 500 Kings Highway East. They caught up with him on Arising Street (Miller Nissan overflow parking area). He has a broken arm and hypothermia from the ordeal. State Police provided K-9 in the search.
