2020-07-22@4:48pm–#Fairfield CT–#cttraffic– A car has rear-ended a tractor-trailer northbound on I-95 at the rest area (as seen on the traffic cams). There are two people trapped in the car. A second alarm was called to assist in the extrication. Radio report say there is a two-foot intrusion into the truck.
