Citizens helped extricate a motorcyclist pinned under an SUV on Washington Avenue near Highland Avenue. Assistant Fire Chief Ellis told us the man had serious injuries to his legs. This is the second time today that citizens helped free a pinned victim, freeing a man trapped under a van at Park Avenue and State Street.
