WESTPORT, CT – Planning and Zoning Deputy Director Amanda Trianovich announced that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting at 6:00 p.m. on August 17, 2026, to review a Municipal Improvement application and a Text Amendment.

112 & 114 Roseville Road: Municipal Improvement Application #PZ-26-00485, submitted by David Ginter of Redniss & Mead on behalf of the First Selectman, pursuant to CGS §8-24, seeks approval to install a private sanitary sewer main-line extension beginning at the existing sewer manhole at the intersection of Whitney Street and Roseville Road.

The proposed sewer extension would run approximately 74 linear feet northerly along Roseville Road to the midpoint of the proposed private road, “Coastal Ridge,” and would provide sewer service laterals to each of the three proposed lots associated with Resubdivision Application PZ-26-00304.

Text Amendment #874, PZ-26-00386, submitted by Andrew Colabella, seeks to modify §40, Dedicated and Open Space and Recreation District, to permit a fenced recreational dog play area in Dedicated and Open Space and Recreation District #1 by Special Permit approval.

The August 17 public meeting will be held remotely using Zoom. It will also be livestreamed on the Town of Westport website at www.westportct.gov and will be accessible on Optimum Government Access Channel 79.
