Report of a crash between a moped and a car on Iranistan Ave by Laurel Ave in Bridgeport. First responders arrived on scene and applied two tourniquets to one part, who suffered a partial amputation, according to unconfirmed radio reports, with one other person also injured.
UPDATE: Both parties are listed as being in critical but stable condition.
