His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County. Malloy today announced that he is joining a bipartisan list of leaders who have signed on to a Request for Information (RFI) to the gun industry to get a clear sense what companies are doing to improve public safety. Bridgeport News: Scary Moments During Brewster St. Crash

9:11pm--#Bridgeport CT--Some scary moments in Black Rock where a car crashed into a utility pole at the intersection of Brewster Street and Grovers Avenue. Firefighters were concerned that the utility pole that snapped in half had shifted twice on them. Firefighters were able to extricate the two occupants who I'm told were alert and talking to rescuers. United Illuminating were quick on the scene but the pole belonged to AT&T who informed police it will require two hours for them to get there.
