10:31pm--#Bridgeport CT--A man was shot in the leg at the corner of Trumbull Avenue and Reservoir Avenue. UPDATE--Police are looking for an older green Taurus responsible for the shooting.
10:28pm--#Bridgeport CT--Police on the way to the 1100 block of Reservoir Avenue for an intoxicated 11 year old arguing with his mother.....
9:33pm--#Bridgeport CT--Firefighters battle a fire on the first floor of 1525 Stratford Avenue. The fire extended into the second floor and to the back porch of the building. All residents safely evacuated the building. Firefighters attacked the fire with three hand lines. There were no reported injuries. The fire marshal was called to the scene to investigate.
3:11pm--#Shelton CT #Derby CT--A police BOLO (Be On The Look Out) for two males in a black Honda Civic 4 door with tinted windows. An armed robbery occurred in Shelton near the Derby line according to the report. The Civic had a partial licence plate of AP
2:00pm--#Bridgeport CT--A hoax call from a student inside Blackham School located on Thorme Street put the school on lockdown. The caller on a 911 only phone called 911 that there was shots fired in room 119. A school resource officer arrived within seconds and immediately went to room 119 to find no incident inside he school. About 20 police officers along with EMS were dispatched to the school as a precaution. A large group of children playing outside for recess were ushered by police to a different city street until the scene was cleared. The police did locate the phone and student who made the false call. Police remain on scene investigating.
12:37pm--#Trumbull CT--A pedestrian has been hit by a car on Old Town Road near Quality Street. No word on condition, first responders on the way.
