4:28pm--#Bridgeport CT--A woman in the 500 block of Norman Street reported to police that about an hour ago two men made their way into her apartment and took a large sum of money from the apartment. Police are investigating.

12:12pm--#Bridgeport CT--Police EMS on scene where a child and an adult have been hit by a car at Englewood Avenue and Main Street. No word on injuries but two ambulances have been sent to the scene. Witnesses said that mom was on her cell phone and wasn't paying attention when she darted into traffic. Police press release: (Bridgeport, CT) -- A woman and her daughter were injured this afternoon when they were struck by a car while crossing Main Street. Their injuries are not life threatening. The driver of the car remained at the scene. The accident happened shortly after noon near the intersection of Englewood Avenue. According to investigators, the mother and daughter were crossing west on Main Street…
