Fire on Reef Road Fairfield Update
#FAIRFIELD, CT, April 21, 2013: At 1:20 PM on Saturday April 21, 2013 the Fairfield Emergency Communications Center (ECC) received multiple calls reporting a house on fire at 382 Reef Road. Fairfield Fire Engines 1,2,4,5,L1,L2,and Car 3 responded. Lt. Bill Tuttle of Engine 1 arrived first on scene and reported that the left front porch of the two story duplex dwelling was heavily involved in fire. Lt. Tuttle directed members of Ladder 1 to search the building while and the crew of Engine 1 extinguished the fire. The tenant and sole occupant was asleep on the third floor when he was alerted by FF.
