12:00am--#Bridgeport CT-- Two calls for men being assaulted. A man in the 800 block of Clinton Avenue was being chased by a woman with a machete around midnight. Around 12:30 a man in the in the 500 block of Jane Street was assaulted by his girlfriend. Police are investigating both. This news report is made possible by:
1:38am--#Bridgeport CT-- At least two people were shot at the intersection of Alpine and East Main Street. Two were driven to the hospital in by private vehicles. There were reports of a third shooting victim at the scene but I could not confirm that.

The wall was opened to the public on Friday with a ceremony that opened with a Huey Helicopter Eagle One from the Stratford Police Department.
