Bridgeport News: Explosion/Fire Rips Through Multi Family Home
6:11pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- There was an explosion on the back deck of 92/94 Merchant Street and then fire quickly spread throughout the multi family home. A child was inside and an adult ran inside to rescue the child before the flames got out of control. Firefighters were quick on the scene and verified no one was inside the house. The flames did endanger the neighboring home but again firefighters were able to spray the home and protect it.
